Karine was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995. After several years working for Klein-Goddard (KGA) and Richards Butler (Reed Smith) where she became partner in 2004, she took part in the creation of Ascott Associés.

• Legal advisor to an international hotel group. Implementation of debt refinancing and corporate restructurings. Setting up hotels agreements (franchise and management agreements).
• Legal advisor to several industrial groups companies’ for acquisitions in France including takeovers within insolvency proceedings.
• Legal advisor for French hedge funds and managers for several equity investments and LBO operation.
• Legal advisor to a UK private investment fund for the acquisition of a real estate portfolio in France (value: € 90,000,000).
• Legal advisor to a French group providing temporary personnel resources for the implementation of a national restructuring project.
• Prevention and resolution of conflicts between shareholders.
