After working as Inspecteur Principal in charge of international tax treaties at the Finance Ministry, Jean-Luc joined Fidal Peat International and then Theodore Goddard as Head of the Tax department in the Paris office. Then, Jean-Luc headed the Corporate and Tax department of Klein Goddard & Associés (KGA), before joining Richards Butler in 2001 to run the Corporate Finance department. In 2007, he founded the business law firm Ascott Associés.
